Avusturya Satranç Federasyonu para ödüllü bir hızlı yazışmalı satranç turnuvası düzenliyor.
Katılıma göre birinci 1000 € ikinci 500 € kadar para kazanabilir. Oyun hamle süresi az olduğundan ratinge dahil değil bu turnuva. Eleme sistemi ile oynancak turnuvada her rakibe karşı 3 maç oynanacak. Eğere 3 maçta 2 kez beyazsanız kazanmanız gerekiyor . Berabere olması halinde siyahlar üst tura çıkıyor.

All entries will be accepted till to April 15th 2013. The games will be played according
ICCF- Tournament Rules valid as from January 1st 2013.
All entries must include the following: name of the player, ICCF ID number, address
(email and/or postal where relevant), country code.
Played on the ICCF-Webserver (live with a delay of 5 days)
Entry fee € 5.- (only one entry pro person)
Time-limit : 15 days for 10 moves (leave: 15 days/year)
This tournament is not used for the Elorating
No qualifications necessary to participate in this tournament
Participants: at least 32 players from all countries. Due to the condition of this
tournament we can have 64, 128, 256 (and so on) players.
All the rounds will begin at the same time!

Order of Event:
3 games are played simultaneously between two players. One player will play 2
games with white and one game with black. (So the opponent will have 2 black
games.). The winner of the match will enter to the next round. In case of a tie, the
player with 2 black games will enter to the next round. The Draw will be done during
correspondence chess meeting in Austria on 04.May, 2013 without considering the

Elo-rating of the players. The draw will be only for the first round and the first player
