6. Tie- breaking system In case of two or more players finishing with the same number of points, the order will be determined by application of the following tie-breaking procedures in sequence, proceeding from (a) to (b) to (c) to (d) to the extent required: 
(a) Results of direct encounters between the tied players (applies only if all tied players have played each other), 
(b) b) Buchholz Cut 1, (
c) (c) Buchholz, 
d) (d) The greater number of games played with black, 
(e) (e) The Greater number of wins.

 Tie break criteria: The final ranking order of the players is determined by the number of points scored. If at the end of the tournament two or more players are tied for the first place or for any prize, the tie shall be broken as in accordance to the following criteria for Swiss events: o a.
